Seekers ash for fireball

I think this could use some refining on occasion can circle targets indefintely til it despawns

Known issue.

Fireball: Seeker's Ash circles around mob

I am using the Fireball skill with Seeker’s Ash in the skill tree. Often I fire off fireballs and instead of hitting the mob, it circles the mob. I’m fairly sure it fizzles out instead of hitting the mob after circling a couple of times.
