I wanted to show my favorite spots and pay my respect for the implemented secret locations.
The Storerooms - The Ageless Apple
Behind some shelfs, there lies a skeleton with the Ageless Apple in hand.
On the floor a message “I am not a Thief. It was never ours. Never hers. Time belongs to him”.
It’s probably the most famous secret location in the game.

The Precipipe - Ancient Painting
After entering, after the stairs, there is a room with an ‘Ancient Painting’ of an Era with Dragons roaming around.
The most obvious secret location in my favorite area. The most beautiful background. People lived underground and you can see people in many areas. It feels lively and I love interactable objects like levers for bridges.

The Verdant Lakes - The Overgrown Alcove
Before the Boss to the north, behind a boulder. A little secret location? What for? A puzzle?
Maybe a memory for a deleted area. Next to this map was once a huge additional map. With a bug, some player ventured there, but to the east, not west.

The Barren Aqueduct - The fractured Drain
On the map to the east lies an entry to this area. What for?
Only a sign gives hints for a secret:
“Something Ancient took root in every man who stepped into that chamber.
Something yearned for Oblivion.”
Probably the most ‘Spoiler’-location. But … it depends on the creativity of the creator how much this will be your most obvious guess … or part of a much bigger picture.
The fractured Drain
The Old Road - Veteran Boots
Before the bear, to the right - destroy the stone pillars. Several secret rooms with bears await. The reward is a piece of gear which increases difficulty.
Inaccessible after reaching first city, Keepers’ Camp.
This is a secret location which can changes how you play the game.

The Lush Grove & Ulatri Highlands - Shrine of SHTRAK
There is a shrine in both areas. Both? In chapter 10, the same shrine appeared which you already saw long time ago, or rather in the future. Different timelines.
This shrine has interactable candles you can light. So, why does this special area exist?
