I have the same problem on a new PC i built. Installed game and secondary keybinds will not work . It just changes the Primary bind key. If has been intentionally disabled please just say so, I can then move on.
Bump, I’m having this issue as well.
I worked around this by programing my Steel Series mouse to auto cast, but it is still an issue for many.
