With unique bow Shadow String second charge for rogue skill Shift does not work
As well Smoke Bomb second charge working fine

I’ve had this happen on two different characters now.
One I found the Shadow String pre 0.9 and it worked fine until 0.9 and then was bugged.
The second character was created after 0.9 and the Shadow String I found there was bugged.
