So I’ve been playing a LOT from around 7am daily until 10pm nightly with no work at the moment. Things I like/don’t like
Likes:
1: Corrupted omen items during levelling - this is great.
2: Omen layouts and idols - pretty near
3: Omen encouters - fun but the new map has yet to drop. Horrible drop rate running the new echo with the 3 encounters that drop it. I’ve run it heaps, brought it and also imprinted it. Horrible.
Dislikes:
1: You nerfed imprints - I ran a 77 axe for over 20 hours for 1 imprint doing 500-700+ corruptions. I have since changed to a 776 dagger for the last 6 hours and nothing not even a 76 or 77. You have completely ruined imprinting and subsequently made MG even more powerful than before - quote by @EHG_Mike on a live stream saying something about MG having far more power than CoF so why not make it better.
2: You destroyed explosive traps and yes I’ve tried and tested. 100% gone. This also ruined poison puddle and the only viable way to play a very weak poison build
3: You buffed falconer skill which already did 100+ million shown in videos using 1LP gear at the end of season 3. Why? Why do you love destroying the game?
4: You’ve nerfed reflect idols because of reflect build and inadvertently nerfed a bunch of damage from an already suffering build - Shield Throw.
Overall you’ve not taken any feedback in from the community well prior to this release. You’ve got various platforms in which you can ask or poll people about potential changes like imprint but no instead you start hard and you’ve smashed it and it’ll knowing you guys be another 7 months before the next season. You have no play testers that have any clue on how to make specific builds. You could have asked some of the very obvious good rogue players who kill uber first every season to test things and find issues and then fix it BEFORE the season. I don’t understand why you’d do things like this.
You peaked at 80k players last season and half of that this season and it’ll drop off faster. You do honestly understand that no players = no job, right? Gosh it wouldn’t take much effort to get things right by just asking the community here/reddit/discord for their thoughts on considered ideas before just messing the game up.
I played last year from March when I got the game through to last season a month in at an average of 9 hours per day and this will be the first season where by the end of this week I think I’ll be done.
I’ll post this last thing in a seperate thread - PLEASE patch the imprints, 50 percent back to 75% (25% less) and the line about much less exalted affixes currently its almost non existent please adjust it.
