Scalebane (Puncture Skill) Talent doesn't convert physical shred -> poison shred from "all sources"

The description of Scalebane states “Converts bleed chance from all sources to poison chance. Converts physical resistance shred from all sources to poison resistance shred.”

However, it doesn’t. It only converts physical resistance shred to poison resistance shred, and bleed chance to poison chance when casting Puncture. When casting other skills that can apply physical resistance shred (e.g. Umbral Blades), the physical shred is left as physical shred, and the bleeds are left as bleeds instead of converted.

While it may be that the current implementation is intended, the wording “from all sources” without specifying “for damage caused by Puncture only” is misleading.

From the current wording on the skill, I would expect that both the physical shred → poison shred, and bleed → poison components are fully global (e.g. apply to ALL skills, not just Puncture), while Poison duration: +20% should only be for poison applied via Puncture, as the description specifies “Poison applied by Puncture has a 20% increased duration”.

If you compare the wording of Scalebane in the Puncture tree, to that of Emerald Cutlass in the Umbral Blades tree you will see for Emerald Cutlass it specifies “Converts bleed chance from all sources to poison chance FOR UMBRAL BLADES and effects related to bleed now depend on poison instead” (emphasis my own). This specifies that the skill only affects the output of Umbral Blades. That said, the latter part of the description “and effects related…” is also misleading, as it doesn’t indicate whether that’s global or just for Umbral Blades.

The suggest fix is to either fix the implementations to make them global, or write more explicit descriptions.
