Clicking on the Oracle’s Chest for the quest Sanity in the Darkness doesn’t result in quest completion, tried to restart the game as well as leaving the zone and waiting.
This bug seemed to end up being a quest tracker issue, I had completed the step where you click on the chest however the quest tracker never updated to the next step. I was eventually able to turn the quest in to the NPC where it updated the quest for me and finished it.
