“Find the Last Imperial’s Phylactery”
Can not be completed. The dialogue box continuously comes up but clicking the text to finish the quest, it does not allow you to do so. Have attempted to complete this 3 times, no dice.
Edit: The quest can be completed only after doing the first 2 quests in The Ruined World questline and returning to the Cultist Camp, where you’re finally able to turn it in. Problem solved, but that must still be a bug.
“Hidden Gems” - Speak with Rouj Zabat (Maj’elka (Imperial Era))
Logging out before you complete this resets it(He will show up where he should be every time you travel to the area), but speaking to him again does not complete the quest, he just disappears into the portal.
