It has the same mod - health regen - twice, once as normal suffix and once as sealed mod.
because of the mod being on the item as a sealed mod, I cannot modify the actual suffix mod: https://i.vgy.me/kYrKu5.jpg
I assume it is a bug to begin with, that the same mod can appear as a sealed affix and as a normal affix.
