Lineage reduce the cooldown of the summon ability, not the attack. But the summon ability is never on cooldown when you need it - your pet would have to be downed, then have the gauge go all the way to zero before you can press the button anyways.
I’m new, so maybe I missed something. I really was hoping to machine-gun leaping tigers to their death, but that doesn’t seem to be a thing here.
