Observed Results:
After claiming twitch drop, fractured title does not appear in game under cosmetics menu. However I can see my footprints cosmetic which was unlocked 2nd, but not the 1st drop fractured watcher.
Step1. Claim Fractured Watcher twitch drop.
Step2. Go in game and open cosmetics menu.
Step3. Assign new title.
Step4. Observe title is not in list.
Additional Notes:
-I can only see woven watcher, no other titles.
-I’ve re-linked & re-launched
-I can see other drops from this event but not the first one, weird
