Runemaster question: Frost Wall spec - Chill Touched vs Pyroglass

Hi folks, question on these two skill spec talents. I wonder if I add points to both, do I get damage boost to Ignite targets too (now that Forst Wall is a fire wall and apply Ignite)? Or the Chill Touched is still only for Chill targets, thus if you selected Pyroglass, you have no reason to use Chilled Touched talent (unless you have other ways to chill)?

To be fair, conversion nodes usually state “effects related to X now depend on Y”, but that node doesn’t so I’m not sure.

No if i’m not wrong, Chill touched is a global buff that doesn’t change.

Thank you both! Yeah I guess Chill Touched is still only for chill ailment. I was reading BinaQc’s Runemaster guide and see he has two points there so I wonder. But I think he’s probably applying chill somewhere else.
