So, levelling up the Runemaster passive tree and discovered this node appears to be incorectly placed.
The info text hovering over it says:
Requires 10 points in Runemaster Passives.
And you can unlock it with only 10 points in passives.
However, it is placed at the point on the tree where it should require 15 points.
