Does anyone know if the hydra turrets benefit from increased minion damage?

It does not scale with minion tags.
Fire, Spell, Area, Intelligence.

Put your mouse over any skill and you will see its scaling tags.
Hydra is a weird one because it is an invocation. So (I think) the only way to see its scaling tags is to actually generate the appropriate runes for casting Hydra, then mouse over the small invocation icon that sits near the top left of your skill bar.
