I took Ice Shards and Frost Spikes nodes on the Runebolt tree. So it changed its tags to Cold, Spell, Intellegence (no Fire, No Lightning). BUT - whenever I transition zone (start a new zone) and try to get a rune from for Runic Invocation with Immutable Orders node - Runebolt gives me Fire rune instead of Cold one. The only way to band-aid this is cast Runebolt at least once then it starts giving Cold runes but only until next zone.
