Runebolt Bugs (explosion and multi projectiles)

Two bugs I’m noticing on runebolt currently, hard to test on enemies but is clear on dummies

  1. Runebolt with the Devastator node (makes it explode in area) only seems to explode when close to the enemy.
  2. other projectiles from arcane overcharge seem to just pass through enemies.

Would be nice to know if this could intentionally shotgun from overlapping explosions
