At the End of Time vendor, when I purchase Runes of SHattering for 2,000 gold, the system takes the gold but does not return a Rune of Shattering to my crafting material inventory.
Strangely enough, there are Runes of Shattering in my Buy Back window, but I have not sold them. I tried to purchase a rune of shattering today and again did not receive it in inventory. Attached is the log file from minutes after the attempt.
