As in title says rune of ascendancy should give chance for LP as well, otherwise purpose of it is lost when u have all uniques. OFC some might argue u can roll for better stats, but its not the same as getting a unique u do not have
It does have the ability to roll a unique that has LP
I think I have used 30 of them i have no LP yet is that really possible? If yes I will close the topic

The devs have even said that the rune of ascendancy treats the item as if it were lvl 100 for LP purposes then reduces the chance “a little”.
yea i knew something was off cca 30 pieces is not a little its a lot 
I recently burnt 50 runes and got 6 or 7 uniques with LP. So, you’re probably just unlucky.
shrugs RNG sucks sometimes.
