I am running CoF, when I rune of ascendance I expect to either use one rune or zero runes.
However I find myself using TWO runes on item sometimes, I think CoF may be bugged, as in it may be doing the exact OPPOSITE of what it is supposed to.
Same! it’s the opposite of what it should be! I farm for CoF stuff and it’s using two instead of 45% change to not use any!
Also almost none of my gear has a CoF mark, as if the game either fails to spawn CoF gear, or fails to mark it.
