Traversal skill only proc’s the buff if the passive ‘never late’ has only 4 points. It seems getting the 5th breaks it.
This has been broken very long time.

It seems to just permanantly apply the buff to you after 5 points. I might be wrong though, either way its broken.
With 8 points in Never Late, I never receive the buff. It seems it may have made it permanent before but now it just doesn’t ever work.
Edit: Confirmed that 4 points work, and any more cause it to break.
