When equipping Rule of Simoon and Thorn Slinger belt on the same character the physical skill point from thorn slinger is constantly removed when Rule triggers tornadoes. If you add the point back in on the tree it just removes it again later. So while I should have 21 points in tornado I constantly only have the base 20.
I’ve seen a few other bug reports on the forum dating back to at least 2023 so this issue has been around for a long while.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
