When I take the Ice Totem and Rotten Core skills together, they do not proc the Ice Vortex. I’ve tried taking Ice Totem first and then Rotten Core, and vice versa, but nothing works. I’ve tried logging in and then out, but still nothing. Please advise.
Update - I also tried removing the skill and re-specializing, to no avail.
