Thank you for reaching out to us and I’m sorry to hear that you’ve lost some of your game progress. I understand this can be very frustrating.
Please know that we’re already investigating this issue but we’re unable to guarantee that the lost progress can be restored. We’re still in beta phase and we’re trying really hard to identify all the issues, as we want to have them fixed before we fully release Last Epoch.
To make sure that your game is loading properly, I suggest that you first try repairing your game files. To do this, open your Steam library, right-click on Last Epoch, click Properties, switch to the Local Files tab, then click Verify Integrity of Game Files.
Next, please restart Steam to refresh Steam Cloud and launch the game. Check if the lost progress has been recovered.

Hi,
I was checking if everything was alright (got an issue with a spell) by disconnecting/connecting.
What a surprise when I saw that I was level 11… Although I was 30 before the disconnection. A huge rollback I though.
I don’t understand what happen.
I played 5-6 hours minimum.
My display name is Arkazya and the character is Arkasia.
Can you help me please?
