Please give Shift mastery a node that increases charges of Shift and reduces distance up to 3 points.
Slow blow should be replaced by this
They’d probably need to add a damage reduction to it otherwise you’d have even more massive burst damage with shadow cascade than you do at the moment.
Plus movement skills tend not to have charges.

It’d be worth the damage reduction with melee weapon for the feel of dashing in and out of massive attacks (dodging and movement feel).
PoE has a similar ability with charges.
Additionally, Druid leap slam has the ability to reset cooldown on it.
