Targeting Closer/farther from your character results in a visible angle to rogue projectiles.
I’ve also noticed this with smokescreen.
Steps to replicate: Target very near yourself, easiest with channelling Flurry, slowly move the cursor towards the other side of your character. Arrows will begin to angle upwards until you pass the center of your character.
