[Rogue_Marksman] Passive Node - Arrow Storm

Hey there,

just wanted to mention, that the “Arrow Storm” node will stay active, even if deactivated over re-allocating points system as shown in the clip below.

Looks like a bug, feels like a bug, probably is a bug.

Easy Steps to reproduce:

  1. Activate ArrowStorm Node in Marksmen passive Tree
  2. Re-Allocate the Arrowstorm-Node in Marksmen passive Tree (deactivate)
  3. Shooting will still activate it.
