Pretty much the title: the bug is that when you spec into phantasmal presence for lethal mirage, the passive never applies mirage form no matter how many times you crit. The bug is reproduceable 100% of the time by simply shifting into mirage form for 100% crit chance, you will never receive the buff. Because of this I did not include any screenshot / log because you can reproduce it every time very easily. This is a pretty big deal considering how strong the buff is and that it can have 100% uptime with the right build, making lethal mirage much weaker as a skill option right now.
