Armor Shred is an important stats to many rogue / bladedancer builds, and this affix is not working, its bugged.
The duration is 4 seconds without idols and with idols (with 2 idols I have 120% increased armor shred duration) should be way longer.
In case anyone say its a training dummy problem, I recorded the same problem with monsters. The second Video is longer didnt have the time or skills to edit, without idols you can see its duration starting 0:15 and with idols starting 1:40
