Rogue Decoy/Shift interaction

What went wrong?
Decoy should use the dodge percentage to increase Crit Mult, but its not adding the Dodge rating from the shift.

In the screen shots you can see on the first one just the decoy explosion, on the second one I used shift right before the explosion and the Crit Mult is the same. Third screen shot is the normal crit Mult.
