Rogue : Bow attacks keep firing

Been around since .8 iirc. Haven’t played much but the past week been playing almost daily. Playing a Rogue using only a bow with Flurry as my main attack with Ballista as my most used second skill.

I’ll drop a Ballista or both have very little mana left granted begin firing and move on. Been playing almost every day this past week + and noticed my Bow attack will continue to fire non-stop. Either I Shift to break the cycle or I run out of mana.

I have a HOTAS hand on throttle and stick as I live to play Elite Dangerous. When I first began playing L.E. the “Controller Detected X52” window in the lower left pops up. My Keyboard , Mouse , my X52 Throttle and my VKB Flight Stick all plug into a 8 port USB hub.

So currently I unplug my X52 throttle leaving my Keyboard, Mouse, and VKB flight stick connected into the USB hub I mentioned. The Controller Detected window still pops up but blank / empty.

Hmmm maybe it’s detecting my VKB flight stick? I’ll unplug that and try again.

In the mean time has this been reported at all?

Second … and I’m really interested in this … how can I disable the controller detection? I’ve set it , via settings, to None multiple times but the Controller Detected window has still been popping up.

Thank you for your time. It’s not a game breaker just a minor minor frustration at times.

Seems to be Last Epoch detects my VKB flight stick. The “Controller Detected” window as I log in pops up empty as I mentioned. Once in game I moved my flight stick to the right and it was detected. Went into settings and removed it and got stuck just like before while my bow kept firing.

When I unplugged my flight stick and ran around for 10ish minutes I did not get stuck.

Wish there was a way to turn off controller detection besides unplugging both my throttle and flight stick.

Resolution: “bug”/issue due to Clients hardware setup. tested out by client.
