Loot upon reaching empowered monoliths seems like it dropped off instead of getting better. Is there something about the rarity scaling up higher that makes the quantity go way down? Also, why would packs of Ruby Captain Arjani bosses spawn? Is that expected behavior?
I have seen packs of Arjani as well, seems normal. And loot gets better you are just seeing some RNG. Sometimes you see no exalted/unique drops other times the screen is full of them.
But Iām seeing lots of loot in tier 2 dungeon which is only level 80 vs 100 and no increased rarity, Iām consistently at 140-155+ increased rarity in empowered monoliths with 100 corruption. If I can manage it this weekend Iām going to try and keep or record everything blue and above that drops for monoliths and then run through a bunch of my saved dungeon keys and do the same for that

The dungeon has significantly higher loot base quantity and rarity from my experience. And thatās probably intended.
I suspect this may have something to do with lower level base types. Are you running a filter that does not show the highest level base types for some reason?
Also The DUNGEON has a lot of increased drop rate, specifically when it comes to exalteds, so that is expected.
I have actually turned my filter off, cleared the echo, and for quite a few of them can count the drops on 2 hands, and then the chest after completing is all junk blues with 1 or 2 junk yellows

Running a few empowered now, making sure Iām full clearing. I must not have been clearing as much as I thought. Loot still feels light though. One exalted in three full clears. Guess I will start adding corruption and see when the better loot starts.
I got all my gear for corruption 200-300
This also applies to unique items with legendary potential.
Now I paused in the corruption push and stopped at 850+
From 300 to 850 corruption, I didnāt get a single unique item with an LP above two, which is sad.
It feels like affixes on high corruption drop with a better role, both on exalted items and unique ones (Iām not sure that item rarity affects this).
A couple of items with two affixes above T5 I got exactly 500+ corruption. Before that, I did not get such.
At high corruption, exalted items drop more often on the Echo, but this is nothing compared to the T4 dungeon, which you can run with your eyes closed
