When entering ritual lake monolith sometimes end up stuck with every minion in the same location. If portal in and out a few times it is fixed(but that means that the mono cannot be completed due to a different bug, you have to warp to end of time and restart the mono that way)
This only occurs SOMETIMES as it only happens with a specific spawn location(the one where you spawn on a small island)
