Rip Blood, "Marrow Drinker" Node Not Effective

When not using Marrow Drinker (“can target your minions”) in Rip Blood, my sustain is X.
When using Marrow Drinker, instead of my sustain becoming 2x, it appears to be 1/2x.

Just want to bump this because yeah it definite cuts any sustain for rip blood, rather than buff it. Kills golem retaliation
