There is an issue with the Rip Blood skill on an Acolyte/Necromancer.
I do not have the point skilled called “Carrion Hunger” which is what rip blood currently does.
I am wearing a Reach of the Grave, which gives -3 mana cost to spells, so my Rip Blood is free.
When I have mana, with a 100% blood splatter chance it does create the splatter.
The moment that I drop in negative mana, I can not make blood splatters until I get into positive mana again.
This is the behaviour of “Carrion Hunger”, but I have not picked that skill point.
