When using Ring of Shields the shields can appear rotating around the edge or even off screen, identifiable only by their shadow. This occurs without speccing into the Bastion node and when un-specced. It appears to be merely a visual bug, as Immolation and Healing Shields nodes appear to apply to nearby enemies and allies.
I am playing Offline, so this is not a latency or server sync issue.

Also happening to me. Except I can’t even see my shields shadow from offscreen. They also do not widen Shield Bash with the Wall of Shields nodes. Getting frustrated with this patch.
This happens to me all the time. Often, they are not on the screen. I think the skill is bugged - I receive the shield icon, but I never lose any shield. Don’t think it’s working as intended. Have also reported in game
