I found reference to this bug existing but the last post I found on it was 2022 and I’m pretty certain the patch that fixed this for other minions was already done.
The bug still appears to exist. You can see it happen twice as I proceed through the dungeon. I will also note that it doesn’t always happen. It’s about an 80%/20% ratio of Happens/Doesn’t Happen.
