Ring Of Shield "Sturdy Shields" node bug

Hi, sorry for my bad english,

That node seem to not work at all. I got the buff from is prerequiste node Phalanx but not from Sturdy Shield. Tested with a 2h (Warpath no shield speced) and with 1h and shield, it doesn’t work in both case.
