Currently the turtle is either null the LP or with an extremely slight chance add 1 LP. I would suggest to make it even - either add 1 LP or remove 1LP, with respect to the normal drop chance.
Not arguing for or against the idea of adding 1 or removing 1, although Iām not sure I agree with it, but it doesnāt quite work the way you describe. It can add more than 1, in fact it can turn that 1LP into 4LP.

Its usually extremely high risk and high reward kinda thing. But your 1LP can turn to 2-4LP if youre quite lucky, you usually do this echo if you have surplus 1LP of things you need from farming to at least give it āanother chanceā of dropping a bigger LP. This node is not to be done when you dont have stacks of your 1LP items. So better invest in stash tabs for the items you reroll. I got my 2LP Immortal Vise and 2LP Nihilist there.
Also theres no limit to the reroll gem, so just stack up and when the storage are feeling full you go drop a turtle node to do the rerolls in one go.
