Rewards from echo's are not the same when in a party

So lately i have been teaming up with my friend and we were specifically farming unique items in empowered Age of Winter echo’s. He would start one which would reward a unique item/set item and after completing it, he would receive a random set/unique item and i would get a choice between Glyphs and Exalted weapons. What the heck?

Please change it so both players are getting the same rewards when in multiplayer. Not exactly the same items of course, but at least both players getting the same type of reward and not something completely different. That completely defeats the purpose of farming certain rewards together and only promotes solo play vs playing in groups. No wonder people do not respond in global if you ask if someone wants to farm items together. Its not as rewarding for both sides.

Welcome to the forum.

Afaik, this is currently how it works (I think its described in the dev blog posts somewhere where the person initiating the echo gets the rewards - too lazy to go find it) so its not really a bug - this should probably be posted in the feedback part of the forum where more people will see this and can comment on how its working and if this should be improved/changed.

If I recall there have been comments regarding this before.

well never mind then, if its already been mentioned before, i doubt 1 extra log on the fire will do much good. In under a month D4 will be released and i doubt ill ever touch Last Epoch after that ever again. Been sort of only doing it as something to kill time until D4 release. Thanks for taking the effort of replying.

Feedback is always helpful and I am sure there are many who agree with the change you suggest - remember its only been like this since 0.9 dropped - i.e. a few months - so all feedback is relevant right now and I would bet things like this that directly motivate MP will be tweaked and changed.

Most of us “oldies” here play all the genre games concurrently rather than sequentially. I bet most of us will play D4 (or are already playing it) too. I like spreading the love, and it prevents me getting too bored with any… at least for the first few thousand hours…

each to their own.
