I am playing in offline mode and after I run about 5 or 6 dungeons in the monolith the chest and the red lava rock at the end give no loot. I can hear the loot drop but I see no loot on the ground. I have turned off my loot filter to see if that was causing problems but I still see no loot. I have to log out and then back in to get it back to normal. Then I can play another 5 or 6 dungeons and then it happens again. Tonight I played for an hour and I had to log out twice to see the loot again. I can see loot in the dungeon just not the loot from the chest and the rock ;D.
