I’ve died instantly to this twice now certain mobs that have Breath(Cone) attacks that can revive after 2 seconds like the tigers in tundra or even the newer weaver mob. Which the Weaver mob turns invisible if it revives its dead body moves around the invisible one. But they sometimes instant cast no visual or anything for the breath attack and it just instant kills you.
