Frenzy Totem → Revitalizing Totem states it affects the Primalist and allies, and (according to the character sheet) it is affecting the former but not the latter (4 wolves).
It’s probably a bug in the Minion tab. It shows zero when the totem is active.
Come to think of it, even with a pile of Minion Health Regen affixes, that number is always zero, so I’m guessing it’s a bug.
Lots of figures on the existing character sheet are either wrong or just not working…
From what I understand the devs are trying to implement the new character sheet they have been working on in the next patch 0.8.5 but we will have to wait and see…
They aren’t wrong, they’re just a) incomplete & b) not saying what you think they’re saying.
That said, the only display issue I can remember regarding minion hp regen was from when they changed the majority of affixes from % to flat regen & didn’t change the character sheet, needless to say, that wasn’t a bug.
I’d assume this might be option b) from above, since the minion tab on the character sheet should show your effects that apply to the minions, not your minions effects that apply to the other minions. Since your Frenzy Totem isn’t you, the Revitalising Totem buff doesn’t show up on the minion tab for the character screen (despite being % rather than flat).
Though I could be wrong.
That’s not a bug, that’s also a b) issue since the affixes are flat regen & the character sheet shows % regen (not flat).

PEBKAC is not the same as a bug. The devs can fix the bug, they can’t fix PEBKAC.
If you write a test and leave an incomplete answer the teacher says its wrong and marks it such…
