Simple suggestion: Reverberating Strike should change the scorpion pet into an attunement scaling pet.
The only purpose for the node is to fold your Avalanche tree into the scorpion to use and it’s a spell / attunement scaling skill for a Strength / Dex Companion.
You can get around this but it nerfs the companion vastly more than an earthquake Bear.
