Revenant not spawning from "Ethereal Revenant" passive node

I’ve been using “Ethereal Revenant” node from Acolyte tree, Exsanguinous/Last Steps of the Living, and the “Unclosing Wounds” from the Lich tree to be constantly summoning a Revenant every 15 seconds. This has been working for days, every time I play, play for hours, always works.

All of a sudden it doesn’t work. I normally do monoliths but sometimes dungeons maybe. Today I went to the arena. Doing the 40 wave arena. Sometime between wave 25 and 30 I just took a break and went to go talk on discord, go to the bathroom, etc. etc. whatever I come back, my Revenant was dying and then he died and not respawning every 15 seconds like he has been. Don’t know what’s going on here or how to “reproduce” this bug, maybe arena is causing it? shrug

Left the arena, still no Revenant spawning.
Tried getting rid of “Unclosing Wounds” and then respeccing it, but it still didn’t work.

Took off my Exsanguinous and Last Steps of the Living and let my health fill up then put back on…still not working.

Changed maps, still not working.

Got rid of the “Ethereal Revenant node” and then respecced into it…still not working…

Relogged, and it’s working again. Summoning every 15 seconds as it “should”.

So, I guess arena breaks this somehow.
