When returning to town via town portal it doesn’t spawn in town for you to use to go back to your last location.
Have some more information on this, I was doing the quest where you have to get into the imperial collage. when I completed it I activated town portal and it went to the end of time and a town potal did spawn that time.
Have tried it again while doing the imperial era and it still doesn’t spawn so just wondering if it is always trying to spawn in the the end of time area.
