Hello , im levelling a warlock to make him rip blood , i have the Pearls of the swine to make the transition ,i respec at 58 level BUT im losing a lot of life per second and its unplayable . I made a mistake to respec at 58 ? How do i solve the problem of losing life ?
What causes you to lose life? If you don’t have a way to sustain life yet, you could try to take out the things that make you lose life for now?
Other than that, you have the “Spirit Leech” passive in the Warlock tree that can give you some leech 
I don’t know if it will be enough though.

Found it ,is Unclosing Wounds from Lich , Increased Damage 112% - Current Health Drained per second 8% , i assume i must find life regen
That node is for low life builds, which aren’t compatible with rip blood, since any life leech is terrible for them.
I think the easiest way to fix your issue would be to avoid any source of “#% of life drained per second” for now
