Respec - Minimum Skill Points?

I have tried to google it but its no were to be found.

As skills level up they have a min, amount og skill points that it will always have. But how do the min, point table look like?

Right now my skill is lvl 16 and has a min. of 6 skill points.

But is it +1 min skill point for each level ander level 10?
Or is it +1 min skill points every 2nd level…
Or how do it work?

It’s based on character level, you get +1 minimum every few levels such that you hit 10 around lvl 80 or so.
