I just respecced two points out of Wraith Bringer, and the points were removed but not added back to my pool, they’re just gone 
. I didn’t get a pic, wasn’t expected that. Please fix!!!
Yes, this is how skill respecs work. When you respec a skill it de-levels it & you need to re-level it to get the xp back (it’s not an issue later on in the game). However in 0.7.10 they added “minimum skill levels” where when you hit certain character levels the minimum level of a skill increases (up to 10 around character lvl 70 or so). What this means is that when you respec a skill below the minimum skill level you don’t loose the skill points.
Wraith Bringer isn’t a skill, it’s on the Lich passive tree.
It’s a node on the summon wraith tree (gives summoning speed and reduces the cost) as well as a passive in the Lich tree.
If you were talking about the passive, in 0.7.10 they reworked the Ruined era and removed 4 passive point quests so any characters created before then will have too many. If you respec or level up the game won’t give you the passive points until you “catch up” with how many you are supposed to have.
