I have all blessings unlocked. I have finished the campaign. After asking global chat I should be in a state that would let me start empowered monos but I can’t seem to access them.
Here’s an image of the mono. I noticed I have side quests but I can’t seem to complete them…
Note:
I am not sure if this is relevant but at one point I had partied with someone who I think tried to run an empowered mono with me. I recall seeing a bunch of quests being completed. At this time I did not have all my blessings completed.
How do I fix this or proceed? This is bricking my character progression : |

I know a new version came out but none of the release notes seem relevant.
This workaround worked for me posted in this discord
Our team is aware of this issue and working on a fix for this. You can empower monoliths either by immediately going to the monolith stone between the three islands after finishing the last of the three monoliths; Or, by completing one echo within The Last Ruin, then teleporting back to the monolith hub without going to town and going to the monolith stone between the three islands. A cutscene should play when approaching the monolith stone between the three islands when it is ready. Click on the blue stone after the cutscene plays to enable Empowered Monoliths.
