wanted to start from 0 to simulate a “League”, meaning nothing in Stash, no Shards, no Gold. Is there an easy way to reset all that?

Yes absolutely, everything is stored locally atm, you need to delete following folder:
“C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves”
If you are using steam, you might need to disable cloud sync
Other than that you could also play Characters in “Solo Challenge”, which is basically the same for each individual character.
